Dr. Bruce A. McPheron, Dean of the College of Agricultural Sciences met with alumni and friends of the college at a reception in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. The reception was sponsored by the Penn State Ag Council and the Ag Alumni Society in conjunction with the Dean's visits to agribusiness sites in the region sponsored by the Chesapeake Bay Foundation.
