Leslie N. Firth Named 2010 Outstanding Alumni Council Member

Leslie N. Firth, former senior extension agent and director of cooperative extension in Mercer County, is the recipient of the 2010 Penn State Alumni Association Outstanding Alumni Council Member Award. Firth received a bachelor's degree in animal husbandry in 1958, a bachelor's and a master's degree in agricultural economics, all from Penn State.

The Outstanding Alumni Council Member Award is presented to an individual for outstanding commitment, leadership, and volunteer service to the Alumni Council of the Penn State Alumni Association. Firth sits on the Executive Board and is the Grassroots Committee Chair.
